NEVER FLAT is water based, non latex flat tyre preventative. Specially formulated and proudly manufactured in Australia for local conditions for over 20 years.

A once only application of NEVER FLAT will seal most punctures in the tread area from a puncturing object up to 6mm (1/4?).

NEVER FLAT is non-flammable and designed to be non-corrosive making it save for tyres and rims. For best results Never Flat should be installed before a puncture occurs. N

NEVER FLATS technology will then form a long lasting Flexible plug in the punctured area. Air loss is then blocked quickly and a flat tyre is Prevented.

INSULATION Never Flat is easily installed and takes only a few minutes. Position wheel between 4 to 8 o?clock.

Shake NEVER FLAT bottle Well. Twist top cap on bottle of NEVER FLAT ¼ turn anticlockwise & pull up to expose filler tube.

Remove small cap from filler tube (cap has built in cap/valve core removing tool.) Deflate tyre by removing valve core with cap/valve core removing tool. Position filler tube over valve stem on wheel and slowly squeeze required amount of NEVER FLAT into tyre.

Replace valve core & tighten using cap/valve core removing tool and inflate to recommended P.S.I To achieve maximum result using NEVER FLAT we recommend you rotate wheel several times after installation if possible, if not drive vehicle to allow NEVER FLAT to coat inside of tyre. Dispose of empty bottle by rinsing out with water and putting empty bottle in recycling bin NOTE : NEVER FLAT should be used at full strength never dilute with water.

NEVER FLAT is non flammable and safe to use does not clog valve steam, freeze, ball up or cure in operation.

NEVER FLAT is a long lasting product that will prevent most punctures for generally the life of the tyre.
