ORDERING

All orders placed on line that you send to us are

the Internet. All pages that reside on an SSL server are protected
by powerful encryption routines as information travels to
and from the server over the Internet. When you input credit
card information or other confidential data into a form protected

information reside on our SSL Server. The latest web browsers
allow you to easily verify the security certificate details
of SSL pages. When you are viewing a page that is on the SSL

Windows and Netscape, right click on the page and select

page and select "Properties" from the menu. You
then veiw the General Properties of the page. On a SSL page,
SSL should apear after the "Connection".

EQUIPMENT
WARRANTY
CARTRIDGES PLUS supports the quality of its remanufactured CARTRIDGES PLUS
branded toner cartridges with a warranty that it will
meet all reasonable costs to repair any damage which occurs
to your printing equipment as a direct result of a defective
CARTRIDGES PLUS branded toner cartridge provided that:
1)
CARTRIDGES PLUS is notified in writing of the damage within 14
days of the damage occurring;
2) The notice of damage is accompanied by a signed
statement from your service technician detailing the nature
of the defect in the toner cartridge and damage to the printing
equipment and stating the defect in the toner cartridge was
directly responsible for the damage and quoted cost for repairing
the printing equipment;
3) If requested by CARTRIDGES PLUS, you provide a signed statement
from the manufacturers of your printing equipment or its representative
stating that neither the manufacturer nor its representative
is liable for the damage to the printing equipment within
the terms of the equipment warranty or otherwise.
Subject
to your compliance with these conditions, CARTRIDGES PLUS will
as soon as reasonably practicable at its option either pay
the quoted cost of repairing your printing equipment or repair
the equipment itself and may use reconditioned or reworked
parts to do so. Alternately, CARTRIDGES PLUS may at its own discretion
replace the equipment with the same or similar unit. That
is the extent of CARTRIDGES PLUS’s total liability under
equipment warranty.
